The management circle has promoted the rapid development of the growth enterprise by the excellent enterprise culture,and it is the source power for the traditional enterprise to keep young and prosperous forever.The study of corporate culture in mainland China has achieved initial success in theory,but the organizational culture construction of most enterprises is still in the initial stage of exploration.Based on the mature corporate culture through the study of diagnosis method combining Chinese and foreign enterprise culture theory,in-depth analysis of the Baiyin Nonferrous group Limited by Share Ltd from the construction of business history,present situation and operation of the company culture silver enterprises(hereinafter referred to as the "silver group")construction path.The(OCAI)is the key success factors analysis and competitive value culture diagnosis model,the OCAI scale of silver group were analyzed in the standard control,performance goals,the support and flexible innovation in four aspects,objective,scientific and accurate understanding of the silver group excellent culture gene,personality characteristics,enterprise the status quo and expectation of cultural type,enterprise culture environment and the existing problems of cultural management etc..Based on the diagnosis,this paper refines the core content of the enterprise culture of Baiyin group by quantitative and qualitative method,and designs some countermeasures for the optimization of the silver enterprise culture.Provide theoretical support for the construction of the silver group corporate culture,so that the construction of enterprise culture into the silver group development forward,and enterprise management at all levels,the majority of employees are accepted and implemented,the development strategy,supported by the construction of enterprise culture and lead silver group company foundation,strengthening management to enhance management performance.
