As foreign Banks to enter the Chinese market aggressively,domestic Banks increasing competition main body,growing competition between Banks,the bank clerk facing the working pressure is becoming more and more big.Banking employees under continuous,high pressure for a long time,very prone to job burnout problem.Therefore,needs to be on employees' job burnout current situation and influencing factors of in-depth study.The article on the background of the selected topic significance,research ideas and research methods are introduced on the basis of expounds the concept of job burnout,main theory and measurement tools;Using the questionnaire survey to collect first-hand data,the use of statistical software to analyze survey data,studies the present situation of the bank of BOC,XZ staff job burnout and influence factors;And put forward the following Suggestions: the employee level,employees need to evaluate objectively the self,improve personal compressive capacity;At the bank level,deal with employees reasonable division of labor,strengthening the management of employee participation,making fair incentive mechanism,and implement staff career planning,etc.thesis we study went to improve employees' job burnout situation provide certain reference significance.
