With the development of economy and society,the social competition is increasingly fierce,which leads to the increasing work pressure of employees and the increasingly obvious problem of job burnout.Since the 1980 s,there have been more and more researches on job burnout,and the research on job burnout has changed from the qualitative to the quantitative.At present,the research on job burnout mainly focuses on civil servants and public institutions,but there is little research on the job burnout of employees in state-owned property management enterprises.Using the mbi-gs burnout inventory revised by professor li chaoping,this paper took a state-owned property enterprise as the research object,collected information through surveys and interviews,collected 115 burnout questionnaires,and interviewed 9 typical employees.Through the analysis of the questionnaire data and the contents collected from the interview,the following conclusions are drawn:SPSS software was used to carry out descriptive statistics on the job burnout of employees of company A,independent sample T test,one-way analysis of variance and other data analysis methods,and it was concluded that the score of job burnout of company A was 3.09,which was in the middle level of the job burnout judgment standard of mbi-gs.According to statistics,the degree of burnout of employees in the dimension of emotional exhaustion and deindividuation is much higher than that of personal achievement reduction.Burnout is mainly manifested in the decline of employees' physical health,high negative emotions,negative work and personal development confusion.According to the survey,the main factors causing job burnout in company A are personal factors such as availability,education level,professional title,age,work intensity,work pressure and work challenge,as well as organizational factors such as salary,performance,cultural atmosphere,family and social understanding and recognition.Based on employees' job burnout status and influencing factors of A company,the author tried to encourage the worker cultivating interest,develop individual career planning,actively carry out job rotation,strengthening education and training,improve the performance appraisal system,enrich the career development channel and so on suggestion to management,so as to ease the job burnout.
