Job burnout has become a general psychological state of the workplace,and many workers have the phenomenon of job burnout.As an important part of our economy,state-owned enterprises play an important role in our society.The job burnout of employees in state-owned enterprises has a direct impact on work efficiency,which in turn affects the company's production operations and future development.The status quo of employees 'burnout in state-owned enterprises and the exploration of related factors of burnout have great significance for improving employees' work efficiency and improving business performance.This research uses questionnaire survey method and case interview method,using MBI-GS questionnaire,the questionnaire of working support and value identification to analyze and analyze the job burnout of state-owned HY group employees,find some influencing factors of employee burnout,explore job burnout and work support,employee value The relationship between identities.This study shows that employees' job support and employee value identification are negatively correlated with job burnout.Job support,work-family conflict,and marriage and childbirth have a significant impact on and predictability of job burnout.According to the research results and the actual situation of HY group,the measures to reduce job burnout are put forward,which are mainly divided into individual intervention measures and organizational intervention measures.Individual intervention measures include providing psychological support for employees,rectifying employees' self-cognition,enhancing their understanding of occupational value,and adjusting their emotions.Organizational interventions include improving employees' sense of justice,establishing a career guidance system,establishing an effective talent training system,and establishing a work model to ease work-family conflicts.
