The Research On Early Warning System Of Labor Disputes In Shenzhen Baoan District

This paper takes Shenzhen city of Baoan District as an example,from the perspective of government management,research on how to construct a labor disp ute early warning system can labor risks information dynamic monitoring,for the government to prevent the occurrence of labor disputes,the labor risks to achieve early discovery,early warning,early resolution,and strive to resolve the disputes in the bud.To avoid and reduce the occurrence of mass incidents of labor disputes.Therefore,this paper attempts to study the construction of an early warning system of labor disputes in Baoan District from an academic point of view,hoping to play a positive role in maintaining the harmonious and stable labor relations and promoting the joint development of workers and enterprises.The focus of this paper lies in the determination of the warning index system of labor disputes and the weight of early warning ind icators.First,through literature research,expert discussion method,on-the-spot investigation method to establish a more scientific and perfect the early warning index system;then,to determine the weight of index weight and the corresponding light dis trict using expert investigation weight analysis method and AHP method,to reflect the relative importance of each index.Thirdly,using the scoring system to build a labor dispute model,according to the impact of the occurrence of each index,determine i ts score in each light zone.Finally,through the actual case of Baoan District,how to operate and apply the early warning system of labor disputes is further clarified.It is found that the construction of early warning system for labor disputes system conforms to the status of labor relations in Baoan District,equivalent to the construction of the first line of defense against the government in labor disputes,it can effectively resolve labor problems in advance,from the source to reduce the labor dispute cases,so as to promote the harmonious and stable labor relations,and provide the related reference the government of Baoan District for the development of early warning management decision-making,the implementation of early warning management.
