With mobile communication of our country grows vigorously,with independent intellectual property rights in China's 4 G mobile communication system-LTE TDD popularized,mobile communication network in the project delivery and after-sales service,service quality improvement in areas such as demand has continued to grow,so for the mobile network optimization is very lack,especially high-end network optimization engineers more money is hard to find,the contradiction of this problem is very outstanding in the industry.Most of the companies that offer mobile network optimization services are labor export companies.The speed of the growth of engineers determines the future competitiveness of the enterprise.To the communication service company,how to solve the talent problem,to a great extent restricts the development of the enterprise.Mobile communications services company general cost,personnel introduction,project management,company operation and so on factors,personnel training has been plagued by communications services company,most of the company is in the project after the contract signing,only temporary find people to deliver a project,it will seriously affect the delivery of the project.First based on W company network optimization personnel training mode as the research object,studied the W company personnel training mode of the status quo,analysis of the current mode and the causes of existing problems,for W company mobile network problems specific to optimize personnel training mode,the optimization and improvement measures are put forward,and the guarantee measures to implement solutions landing.In this paper,the mobile communication network optimal personnel training,W company is now in order to solve the main business of talent supply short board,find the problems of the company staff training methods,the key point of this kind of professional personnel training of sorting,analysis,and put forward effective optimization opinion.There will be positive significance to the improvement of the industry competitiveness of W company in this business area.The following is the following:firstly,the theory and method of optimization personnel training of mobile communication network are analyzed,and the current situation of personnel training of the company is analyzed systematically,and problems and causes are present.Secondly,based on the problems existing in the method of personnel training,the optimization and improvement plan is proposed according to the training theory and method of mobile communication network optimization personnel.Thirdly,a series of safeguards are put forward to implement the proposed optimization plan.Finally,the main conclusions of this paper and the problems to be further studied are obtained.Through the above steps in W company problems existing in the mobile communication network optimization staff training programs,training strategic positioning is not clear,before the training needs assessment,training scheme design system,training implementation of a lack of security,after the training effect evaluation is not perfect,the five kind of problem.For the five problems,according to the modular design thinking,design the strategy module,analysis module,design module,the implementation of the module,assessment module,targeted to the W company mobile network optimization staff training put forward a solution,solves the W company long-teram problems in personnel training,improve the W company in the industry's competitiveness.
