S Company is one of the pioneering aerospace high-tech enterprises in China to engage in the development of aerospace products,which includes research,design,trial production and environmental simulation testing.With the development of the aerospace industry,the production of type products and the upgrading of equipment manufacturing levels have placed higher demands on the skill level of aerospace skilled personnel.However,the current training management programs are less able to meet these challenges.Thus,it is imperative to cultivate a team of highly skilled personnel with good workmanship,excellent skills and good combat skills,and to establish a long-term mechanism for the training of aerospace skilled personnel.Firstly,through a literature review,this paper introduces the theory of training management and reviews the advances that have been made in training management for skilled personnel in the aerospace sector.Secondly,it focuses on the current situation of training management of skilled personnel in S Company from the aspects of organization,current situation of human resources and training management process.Finally,a questionnaire survey and interviews were conducted with the skilled personnel of Company S as the research subjects.The study found that there were problems in the training management of skilled personnel in Company S,such as lack of investigation of training needs,inadequate matching of training contents,inadequate training teachers,and unreasonable evaluation of training effects and application of training results.Subsequently,an analysis of the causes of these problems was carried out.In view of the problems in the training management of skilled personnel in Company S,the optimized countermeasures for the training management of skilled personnel in Company S are proposed in accordance with the Opinions on the Comprehensive Implementation of the New Enterprise Apprenticeship System issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and the Ministry of Social Security and the Ministry of Finance.These measures include: organizing new recruits and transferees for skilled positions to participate in new enterprise apprenticeship training through school-enterprise cooperation and alternating work,building a cooperation platform with the district government,planning new enterprise apprenticeship projects,and optimizing the design of training management for skilled staff at S Company using the new enterprise apprenticeship project as a platform carrier.This study will enable Company S to explore the development of highly skilled,communicative and risk-controlled personnel.This will improve the manufacturing technology level of aerospace electronic products and provide skills and talents for the transformation of Company S from "manufacturing" to "smart manufacturing".At the same time,it will provide a more targeted theoretical framework for optimizing the training and management of skilled personnel in aerospace high-tech enterprises,and expand the applicability of the new apprenticeship training for enterprises.
