Research On Core Competence Of Real Estate Agent Enterprises In China

Along with the market-oriented transformation of real estate enterprises,agent construction enterprises begin to enter the stage of development,and will go to the depth of specialization,becoming a new subdivision of the real estate industry.With the transformation and upgrading of China's economy,under the background of thenational supply-side reform and the great policy of artificial intelligence and automation in the construction industry,whether the real estate agent enterprises in China can adapt to the trend of the times to meet the wave of change and survive and develop in the increasingly fierce market environment is closely related to whether they can have strong core competitiveness.It is the only way for modern enterprises to build their core competitiveness and improve their competitive advantages.Scientific and objective understanding and evaluation of their core competitiveness is of great significance for enterprises to cultivate and enhance their core competitiveness.Starting with the concept of enterprise core competence,this paper expounds the new concept of enterprise core competence evaluation,identifies and screens its constituent factors,and establishes a rigorous evaluation index system on this basis.This paper quantifies some fuzzy concepts in core competence by means of expert interview and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,which makes the evaluation intuitive and comparable.Finally,through empirical analysis,the typical cases are evaluated,the strengths and weaknesses of enterprises are found through comparative analysis,and on the basis of summarizing the rules,the countermeasures to enhance their core competitiveness are put forward.The core competitiveness of enterprises is further refined to real estate agent construction enterprises,and the industry-specific characteristics and characteristics are studied,which makes the core competitiveness evaluation system of enterprises more applicable and practical.This paper elaborates and discusses the core competitiveness of agent construction enterprises in China from a relatively novelperspective,with a view to providing some useful ideas for the development of agent construction enterprises.
