Research On The Status Quo And Influencing Factors Of Modern Service Industry In Xi'an

On May 8,2015,Premier Li Keqiang signed the State Council official document"Made in China 2025" clearly pointed out:accelerate the development of producer services.As the central city in the northwest,Xi'an should seize the opportunity to seek greater development,in the industrial structure and the rapid development of the service industry.Based on the current opportunity of industrial restructuring,this paper focuses on the development and factors of modern service industry,which is of great significance to the development of modern service industry in Xi'an and the transformation of the economy.On the theoretical side,based on the exposition of modern service industry and the factors,this paper holds that modern service industry is a kind of industry with high science and technology which has modern idea and produced in the information age.On the basis of the traditional service,take advantage of new market business model,service concept and mode of operation,the core is the development of technology,information and knowledge-intensive industries,China's service industry with characteristics of the era,but also with Chinese characteristics.At the same time,it summarizes the five characteristics of modern service industry:high scientific and technological content,high production efficiency,knowledge,newts,market demand-oriented.And divided Xi'an moderrn service industry into ten categories,according to the National Bureau of Statistics' classification of the national economy.Factors establish evaluation system in line with the actual Xi'an on a theoretical basis,mainly composed of four major areas:economic market supply and demand market economy,competition in different industries,modern service industry itself evaluated.On the empirical side,firstly,compare the data from the perspective of horizontal and horizontal,and positioning the development of modern service industry in Xi'an clearly.Using the data of Xi'an service industry from 1994 to 2015;modern service industry economic indicators data in Shaanxi Province " Twelfth Five-Year Plan"period from 2010 to 2015;fifteen sub-provincial cities of service industry indicators data during that time,and objectively describes the development of modern service industry in Xi'an in special industries and tourism,by taking advantage of chart analysis.Secondly,with the deviation-share analysis method in Xi'an modern service industry as a whole the development of industrial structure level is higher than the modem service industry in Shaanxi Province,furthermore the financial industry,information transmission and other high-tech industries in the industrial structure and competitiveness of the components of the deviation from the weight have a higher advantage,the higher real estate competitiveness and industrial structure components at the end of the conclusion.Carried out according to the text and to develop a nationwide system of comparative evaluation of influencing factors analysis,the current situation of the development of modern service industry in Xi'an and problems,we summed up the gap with the contact.Thirdly,the macro-micro evaluation system is divided into four modules,with 17 indicators as the original data,establish the factor regression analysis model,and combine the theory with practice,analyzing the mechanism of economic indicators on the development of modern service industry in Xi'an,and obtains the economic indicators such as talent capital,science and technology,foreign investment,government policy and so on,which has significant influence on the development of modern service industry in Xi'an.This paper summarizes some of the problems in the development of modern service industry in Xi'an,such as the low level of economy,the low degree of mercerization of urbanization,the lack of human capital,the lack of advantageous industries tourism,the urgency of real estate industry structure and so on.And from the macro micro two levels of policy recommendations,such as:improve the personnel training,the introduction of mechanisms,the effective accumulation of human capital;relying on regional advantages,to build Xi'an brand;the establishment of special funds fund,and actively introduce foreign investment;Dimensional development space.The innovation of this paper summarizes two things:(1)According to the definition and characteristics of modern service industry to determine the classification of industry,excluding the impact of traditional services,establishing a more comprehensive evaluation system of influencing factors.And to study the current situation and the influencing factors of modern service industry in Xi'an from three aspects:self-development,province and national scale with sufficient practical economic data.(2)In the factor regression analysis method,the dummy variable-government policy influence factor is added,and the mechanism of different economic indicators is obtained to verify the necessity of government regulation.
