Study On The Components Of The Quality Of Tourist Experience And Its Promotion Countermeasure

Quality of tourist experience is essential for theme park.The excellent quality of tourist experience can intensify the viscous force of visitors and the loyalty of the theme park visitors with regard to the service.In this paper,on the basis of reviewing the related research results at home and abroad,I combine my understanding to the actual situation of the theme park,and explore influence factors of the qualities of theme park visitors experience in details.Taking wuhu party theme park as the breakthrough point,the paper uses the the specific way of questionnaire survey to conduct and record the research object of the theme park visitors at random,and analyses the factors influencing the quality of tourist experience in details.This paper analyses the questionnaire data in details,and divides the quality of tourist experience into four dimensions: theme park location and facilities,theme park employees and service,waiting time of tourists,theme park products and charges,etc.,and make study and found according to it.At the same time,the article also analyses the current status situation of the research object,and explores the problems existing in the Wuhu fant theme park: the distribution of theme park is not reasonable and services need to be improved,etc.Finally this paper puts forward the relevant feasible measures which can strengthen the quality of Wuhu fant theme park visitors experience.
