Small and medium-sized private enterprises play an important role in the economic development in China,with the era of economic globalization,small and medium-sized private enterprises have achieved rapid growth in quantity and profit,has made a great contribution to the national tax revenue and employment.The main force of small and medium sized private enterprises is to promote the development of county economy,to solve the employment problem of a large number of surplus labor,it is to promote the social stability of the effective strength.However,small and medium-sized private enterprises development itself has many problems,the first is the effective incentive problems in the management of enterprise employees,the majority of small and medium-sized private enterprises did not establish effective incentive mechanism,incentive mechanism of employee satisfaction is poor,unable to motivate employees work enthusiasm,causes the staff of small and medium-sized private enterprises frequent flow of production and the low efficiency of service.This article from the perspective of the county in Jian ou city of Fujian Province,small and medium-sized private enterprises as the research object,research on the effectiveness of employees in small and medium sized private enterprises incentive mechanism,through the questionnaire and SPSS statistical analysis,analysis of the current situation of incentive needs and problems of employees in Jian ou small and medium-sized private enterprises,the establishment of a staff scientific and effective in the county small and medium sized private enterprises incentive mechanism and security system.This paper uses the method of combination of theory and practice,first at home and abroad on the incentive theory and related concepts were discussed,providing a theoretical basis for empirical research,analysis of the role of small and medium-sized private enterprises in the development of county economy and the effectiveness of the present situation and the factors that motivate employees of small and medium enterprises incentive,then based on ERG theory as a guide,the data analysis of the incentive needs of workers in the city of Jian ou small and medium-sized private enterprises using questionnaire and SPSS statistical method,the existing problems and the reasons of enterprise employees incentive is proposed,finally according to the above proposed incentive system and safeguard measures to establish effective incentive mechanism of enterprise employees' needs.
