Research On The Development Model Of Urbanization Of Village Area In Suzhou

Since Chinese Reform and Opening-up,Chinese government has been implementing the priority development strategy for industrialization and urbanization,which leads to depressed in the village,the gap between urban and rural areas is increasingly significant.Currently,in order to solve the problems caused by the traditional low level and bring incomplete remote urbanization,urbanization of village area,as an important form of new-type urbanization,has been put on the agenda,and it has a reasonable choice of rural regional development at this stage.The rural area urbanization is the process of non agriculture of rural industry and the citizenization of peasants' lifestyle in the administrative villages where they inhabit.This paper expounds the theoretical system of village urbanization from the basic connotation,characteristics,influencing factors,quality evaluation system and so on.Its significance lies in the promotion of the status and value of rural noumenon.According to the characteristics of rural economic transformation in Suzhou,by analyzing the regular pattern between rural industrial structure and population change in urban and rural areas,this paper divides the urbanization of Suzhou village into three stages: The stage of 1980 s,the local urbanization called ‘the peasants join in their industries founded in their villages',with the development of township enterprises as the main body,local farmers realize non-agricultural occupation transition;The stage of 1990 s,the explore development stage of rural area urbanization that export-oriented economy dominated,characterized by the enterprises entering the industrial community and the workers entering the town,which was the acceleration period of Urbanization;Since twenty-first century,the quality improvement of rural urbanization has been characterized by ecological protection,rural governance and equalization of basic public services.Including the dynamic mechanism of village urbanization in Suzhou : villages merge,industrialization,institutional innovation,rural elite leading role and geographical advantages.On the basis of leading industry perspective,the development mode of Suzhou rural area urbanization is divided into three types: industry dominated,agriculture and tourism fusion,e-commerce driven.This paper studies the connotation and characteristics of the model,the development basis and development mechanism,analyzes and evaluates the achievements and problems of the development model,and selects representative cases to demonstrate it,and then put forward the optimization strategy for each mode.Therefore,summarizing different development models from various perspectives can better providereference for rural urbanization in other areas.Finally,this paper summarizes its main conclusions and innovation points,and explains the inadequacies of the study,put forward the direction of follow-up research.
