Research Into The Path Of Improving Suzhou's Urban Innovation Capacity From The Perspective Of The Global Innovation Network

Against the backdrop of the global innovation network,to get integrated into the global innovation network system is of vital significance to improvement of urban innovation capacity.Global innovation resources are the carrier of forming the global innovation network.Improvement of urban innovation capacity depends on not only integration into the global innovation,but more on utilization of global innovation resource elements.By exploring the theoretical content and practical experience of the global innovation network at home and abroad,this paper advances the concept of “global innovation network” with major content and framework of the global innovation network integrated into it.Then,based on comparison of the innovation subjects,including governments,enterprises and platforms,as well as comparison of“embedding” and “construction” of the global innovation network,the network port for the global brand-new network system is proposed.The innovation network construction practices in Suzhou,Hangzhou and Shenzhen are compared,and integration of Suzhou's nanometer industry into the global innovation network path is analyzed so as to explore the path to improve urban innovation capacity under the global innovation network.According to the status of Suzhou's innovation capacity,problems and challenges facing Suzhou's integration into the global innovation network and utilization of innovation resource elements are pointed out.Finally,combining the global innovation network and its status as well as relevant case study of realization paths,this paper thinks that it is necessary to study improvement of Suzhou's urban innovation capacity from the perspective of the element path and integration network path.On the one hand,Suzhou's urban innovation capacity can be improved through improvement of innovation resource elements,including talents,technology,industry and environment.On the other hand,port selection and platform construction should be integrated into the global innovation network system.
