As our country is in the period of vigorously promoting scientific and technological system reform and supporting information industry transformation and upgrading,the scientific and technological information technologies in our country are developing rapidly.In order to respond to the change of industrial environment and conduct comprehensive transformation and upgrading,it is critical for H Information and Technology Company to design a scientific and effective salary system conforming to the requirements of strategy transformation of the company.As a new high-tech and technology intensive enterprise,the most important asset of H Information and Technology Company is talents.Talents stand for the core competitiveness of enterprises.For the survival and development of an enterprise,the critical work is to maintain the team of high-level talents,reduce the outflow rate of core technical experts,and boost the enthusiasm of employees at work.The author has worked in H Information and Technology Company for almost ten years,discovering that the company has problems such as severe outflow of talents,difficulty in talent introduction,and low degree of working enthusiasm.Targeting at these problems,the author conducts in-depth study on the salary system of H Information and Technology Company,and finds out that there are issues such as lack of incentives and flexibility,not adaptable to the development of modern scientific and technological enterprises.In this paper,the design principles,methods,procedures of broad band salary design are combined with cases to analyze the applicability of broad band salary,scheme design and feasibility in a systematic way.A broad band salary system which guarantees fairness inside the company and is competitive compared to external units is established for H Information and Technology Company to enhance the company's strength in talent competition,gather employees to stable the team,and release potential abilities of workers to the largest extent.For the case study,the current situation and existing problems of H Information and Technology Company in terms of salary system are firstly analyzed.A diagnosis result is then obtained that it is necessary for H Information and Technology Company to implement a broad band salary system.On basis of the diagnosis,the author designs broad band salary for H Information and Technology Company with a detailed salary system plan formulated from aspects such as post analysis and evaluation,salary level determination,broad band salary grade determination.Finally,the author puts forward safeguard measures of broad band salary,evaluates the implementation effect and draws a conclusion.Since there is certain degree of generality between the salary systems implemented in similar information and technology enterprises in our country and that adopted by H Information and Technology Company,the salary system design presented in this paper can be offered to similar enterprises for the reference in their salary system design.
