Research About The Relations Between Technology Innovation And Economic Transformation In Shanxi Province

Shanxi Province is a typical resource-based region due to the development of coal resources.Its unique advantage of resources is the basis for the development of economy.At the same time it has made important contributions to the national economic development.But long-term mining activities on a large scale,high strength and extensive resources,have caused the ecological environment deterioration.It also leads to slow,single industrial structure,technological innovation and so on many problems which restrict the development of the economy."low consumption,low pollution,high efficiency" for the intensive economic growth has become the only choice if our province want to accomplish transformation development.Technology innovation is the main driving force throughout economic and social development.Technology innovation also plays an important role in the economic transformation of Shanxi Province.In view of the importance and necessity of the economic transformation of Shanxi Province,this article will analyze and evaluate between technological innovation and economic transformation.It aims to promote the economic transformation through technological innovation.This paper firstly reviews the related documentation on technological innovation,economic transformation and the relationship between technological innovation and economic transformation.It’s based on the summary of features and concept to analyze its function.Secondly,based on the theory about input and output of technology innovation,technology innovation diffusion and technological innovation support,this article analyze the present situation from the four aspects.At the same time,this article analyzes the current situation of the development of the economic transfonnation from the economic growth,industrial structure and social development,which aims to provide the reality basis for later research.Then,according to the technological innovation and economic transformation,it builds up evaluation index system.And this article is on the basis of the relevant data of 2001-2014,and combined with the use of entropy TOPSIS evaluation model to measure the index.Finally,using the measure results to establish the(VAR)model,the article analyzes the relationship between economic transformation and technological innovation in Shanxi Province and find that has a lot to promote technology innovatio of economic transformation.and economic transition is less effect on the techhnological innovation.Then it puts forward some practical suggestions to find a path contributing to the technological innovation and economic development.All in all,it will accomplish the goal of economic transformation in Shanxi province.
