Port And City Coordinated Development Research Based On System Dynamics

As an important connecting point in the transportation network,the port has an irreplaceable important role for the economic development of city economy,regional trade,especially in the trend of globalization,the important role of the port has been recognized by scholars all over the world.The essence of city-port economy is that the port as the center,the port-city as the carrier,integrated transportation system as the artery,port related industries as support,the hinterland as the backing,while achieving mutual contact,close coordination,combination,common development,in order to promote regional prosperity,to achieve a combination of economy and marine economy of land.The rapid prosperity of urban economy,the promotion of port economy.Therefore,It is necessary to study the interaction between port and city systematically,comprehensively and deeply,in order to seek the overall balance of port and urban development,so as to realize the coordinated development of port and city.First of all,based on the research of the port effect on city development research at home and abroad,the paper put forwards the problems of port economy in China.after the in-depth analysis of the main influencing factors of the port and city,design and construct the model of port city economy system dynamics.Secondly,this paper takes Dalian Port as the research object,systematically analyzes the interaction between Dalian Port and Dalian economy,and forecasts the development of it.Finally,after comparing with the historical data and the model validation,to a certain extent,the paper gives the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions on the development of port economy.at the same time,It provides the theoretical basis for the reasonable layout planning and construction,the port and city economy coordinated development and the government to formulate relevant policies.The results show that the simulation effect of the port-city system dynamics model established in this paper is good,it can evaluate the interact of port and city accurately,objectively comprehensively.In conclusion,the main works of this paper are:This paper established a dynamic model of the port city economy system,it quantifies the port of resources and energy consumption as well as the population,employment and other factors stimulating the port city and port development,and considers the population?resources and the employment to analyse the port city economy system;In addition,this article studies the port city economy system from the impact of port to port city development,and the influence of the port city to port development.
