Port logistics has an agglomeration effect,attracting the transfer of production factors to the port area and forming an economic growth pole.The urban economy is the guarantee of port logistics,providing funding and policy support.More and more attention is focused on the relationship between port logistics and urban economy.In the background of One Belt One Rode and Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration,Tangshan will continue to adhere to the marine economic development strategy and focus on developing port-based industries.Realizing the coordinated development of port logistics and urban economy is of great significance for Tangshan to seize new opportunities and achieve healthy development.Firstly,sorting out the concepts and theories related to the coordinated development of port logistics and urban economy.Based on the analysis of Tangshan port logistics and urban economic development status,establishing a coordinated development evaluation index system.Combining entropy method and system coupling theory to evaluate the level of coordinated development and then compared with other cities in Circum-Bohai-Sea region.Secondly,drawing Causal Relationship and System Flow Diagram of Port Logistics and Urban Economic System on the Vensim platform and then carrying out prediction and simulation.Finally,putting forward countermeasures to promote the coordinated development of port logistics and urban economy according to comprehensive the results of evolution and simulation.Based on the theory of synergy and system dynamics,the combination of coordinated evaluation and simulation makes the research more logical and comprehensive.Research indicates:While maintaining a growth trend,the logistics development level of Port logistics is higher than that of the urban economy in Tangshan;The level of coordinated development has continued to increase,but there is still a certain gap with the developed port cities which is reflected in the port logistics pulling effect is limited,the urban economic system is imperfect,and the correlation is at a low level;Reasonably increasing the investment in port logistics construction,adjusting the cargo and industrial structure,improving the level of opening up to the outside world,and promoting the integration of the port-city can effectively improve the level of coordinated development and enhance the competitiveness of Tangshan.
