Coordinated Development Research Of Chongqing Port And Economy Under The Background Of “The Belt And Road”

Under the background of economic globalization and international trade,the port has been regarded as the hub of the world economy and trade and the gateway to the outside world.The port is an important part of the port city,which can effectively promote the economic development of the city and its surrounding area;in turn,the state of city economic development is good,can provide adequate resources and good development environment for port development,therefore,how to deal with the relationship between port and city,play a role in promoting mutual port and city economy for each other,has become a hot research topic and attracted many domestic and foreign experts and scholars concerned.Since 2014,"The Belt and Road" strategy began into the national development strategic level,chongqing is at the junction of "the belt and road",With linking the west and connecting the north and the south's unique location advantage and the development of unique advantages.In recent years,Chongqing has obvious advantages in opening up.As a gateway to the outside world,the development of the port has been paid more and more attention.The object of this study is the coordinated development of the port and city economy,from 2005 to the port city economy and the typical data of 2015 years,using the method of DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)to construct the port and city economy effectiveness evaluation model,using the method of vertical comparison,and Chongqing port and city economic development effectiveness evaluation and analysis.According to the results,we can see that the urban economy is very effective for the development of the port,the port is effective for the development of the city economy,but still needs to be improved.Through further analysis of the effectiveness of port effectiveness and urban economy,the results show that the development speed of Chongqing port is rapid,but the contribution rate of economic development is slightly lower,and the matching between infrastructure construction and port scale construction and development is not high,in recent years with the Chongqing port development to attach great importance to and vigorously support,the effectiveness of the port increased significantly.According to the evaluation results,the paper puts forward the strategies and suggestions for the coordinated development of port and city economy.
