Since 2014,the slogan of "public entrepreneurship,peoples innovation" has become popular in our country.In the meeting,prime minister Li Keqiang has repeatedly to highlight the importance of entrepreneurship,and the idea of public business must be deeply rooted in the hearts of the people.As the core of entrepreneurship research,the relationship among entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise growth performance has become the main trend of academia in the field of entrepreneurship research.However,the existing literature of the path of the study of entrepreneurial self-efficacy to enterprise growth performance is vacant,the study of the relationship between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise growth performance is more.The main purpose of this study is to explore the relationship between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and enterprise growth performance,as well as the entrepreneurial orientation can play a mediating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and enterprise growth performance.Besides,entrepreneurial self-efficacy and entrepreneurial orientation are studied by dimension.This paper is mainly studied by three stages.First is the literature review,based on a lot of previous research focus on the influence of entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise growth performance,and some of the entrepreneurial self-efficacy on enterprise growth performance,this paper put forward the entrepreneurial self-efficacy through the mechanism of the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise growth performance model.Followed by the design of questionnaire,the entrepreneurs as the research object,through various channels distribute and collect questionnaire,on the basis of collecting questionnaire exclude invalid questionnaire,and to organize the data.Finally,empirical analysis,inspect the relationship among entrepreneurial self-efficacy,entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise growth performance,as well as whether does the entrepreneurial orientation plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and enterprise growth performance.This paper's main conclusion is as follows: the entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive influence on enterprise growth performance.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy of four dimensions: opportunity recognition self-efficacy,relation self-efficacy,management self-efficacy,risk tolerance self-efficacy,have significant positive effect on enterprise growth performance;Entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive effect on enterprise growth performance,dimension of entrepreneurial orientation: creativity,risk-taking,and pro-activeness,have significant positive influence on enterprise growth performance;Entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant positive influence on entrepreneurial orientation,and it's three dimensions;Entrepreneurial orientation plays a mediating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and enterprise growth performance,creativity dimension of its three dimensions cannot play a mediating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and enterprise growth performance,risk-taking and pro-activeness can play mediating role between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and enterprise growth performance.According to the above conclusions,this study established the action mechanism of entrepreneurial self-efficacy to enterprise growth performance,and entrepreneurial self-efficacy through the mechanism of the effect of entrepreneurial orientation on enterprise growth performance model.Therefore,this paper has provided a certain reality guiding sense that entrepreneurs should improve their entrepreneurial self-efficacy and firms should seek correct entrepreneurial orientation.
