With the research sight from the individual level to the organizational level, entrepreneurial orientation (EO) as the unique attitude of entrepreneurial firms, has gradually become the main concept of entrepreneurship research. The relationships between EO and entrepreneurial performance (EP) in the context of Western countries have been studied a lot. But there is no Consensus in the context of China.The study analyzed the impact of EO to EP from the point of internal process of the organization in the context of China and the effect of environmental dynamism. The whole research process included three stages: the first stage covered the literature review and the construction of the supposed model. The second stage included the interview and case study, the purpose of which was to examine the EO and EB in different companies in a qualitative way, and test the theoretical hypotheses. The third stage included a questionnaire survey and consequent statistic analysis. 246 enterprises were surveyed through research questionnaires, in a purpose of examining the relationship among EO, EB and EP.The conclusions are as follows:①EO had a significant positive effect on EP. "autonomy","innovativeness","proactivenenss" and "competitive aggressiveness" had significant positive effects on EP, but the positive effect of "risk-taking" on EP was not supported.②The moderating effect of environmental dynamism on the relationship between EO and EP was not supported in this study.③"innovativeness", "proactiveness" and "competitive aggressiveness" had significant effects on "sustained regeneration". "Autonomy", "risk-taking", and "innovativeness" had significant effects on "organizational rejuvenation". "Proactiveness", "risk-taking", and "innovativeness" had significant effects on "domain redefmition".④EO was different in different ownership of enterprises.⑤EO was different in different development stages of enterprises.In light of these conclusions, the study discussed the impact mechanism of EO on EP, and the matching EO and EB. The study provided practical guide to companies to enhance the business performance.
