Analysis Of The Impact Of Financial Support For Agriculture In Gaoyao District On Agricultural Economic Growth

China is a big agricultural country since ancient times.Agriculture is the pulse of China's national economy and it's the people's survival base.Agriculture is the base of the country but it's vulnerable due to it's intrsic characteristic.It make the development of agriculture will inevitably need the support of national policies,especially the financial support and the financial agriculture support policies.In recent years,financial support for agriculture in Gaoyao District has been strengthened,the structure of financial support for agriculture has been adjusted,and the scale of financial support for agriculture has increased year by year.In 2015,the GDP of the region was 391.41 billion yuan,up 7.5 percent over the previous year.Among them,the total GDP of agriculture was 100.93 billion yuan,up 2.3 percent over the previous year,accounting for 25.8 percent of the total GDP.It can be seen that the level of development of the agricultural economy largely determines the overall economic level of Gaoyao District.Therefore,the government pay close attention to whether the financial support for agriculture can have a positive impact on the development of modern agriculture and the extent of the impact.This paper summarizes the related literatures by Chinese and foreign scholars about the impact of the financial support for agriculture to economic growth of agriculture.The relevant agricultural data of Gaoyao District in the statistical yearbook of 1990 ~ 2015 was collected and summarized.The impact of financial support for agriculture on agricultural economic growth was studied and proved.The corresponding countermeasures and suggestions are put forward based on this.it mainly include the following aspects:(1)According to the relevant statistical data,the present situation of agricultural development in Gaogan District and the current situation of financial support for agriculture in Gaoyao District are analyzed.On this basis,the problems of financial support for agriculture are found.(2)This paper uses the Cobb-Douglas production function to construct the econometric model.The relevant analysis software was selected.It selects the agricultural output value as thedependent variable,selects the financial support fund,the agricultural people at the end of the year and the total power of the agricultural machinery as the independent variable.Therefor,the impact of agricultural funds on the agricultural economy and the extent of its impact was closely studied.(3)On the basis of theoretical and empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions of strengthening the financial support fund to the agricultural economic growth.There are the basic conclusions through the study of this subject:(1)There is relatively large increase on the financial support for agriculture.But it's a weakening trend relative to the proportion of total fiscal expenditure,the scale of financial support for agriculture has a greater potential for increasing.(2)The financial support for agriculture has a significant positive impact on the growth of agricultural economy through the empirical analysis of agricultural output.The impact of labor force,science and technology on the agricultural economy is weak,and the labor force has a negative impact on the growth of agricultural economy.(3)In order to promote agricultural economic growth,there are the countermeasures and suggestions for financial support of agriculture: to increase the scale of financial support for agriculture;broaden the channels of financial support for agriculture;adjust and optimize the structure of financial support for agriculture;strengthen financial support for agriculture and promote financial management of agriculture and supervise mechanisms.
