Study On The Impact Of Financial Support For Agriculture In Hohhot City On Thy Agricultural Economy

Agriculture is the foundation of the national economy,whether it is in developed countries or in developing countries.At the same time,as a special industry sector,agriculture not only has the characteristics of innate nature,but also has a strong-externalities.Just relying on private investment,agriculture can not meet the needs of society for its products.The importance of agriculture and its characteristics determine that the government must strongly support and protect agriculture.Government expenditure on agricultural expenditure is one of the important measures to support and protect agriculture.Hohhot city’s agricultural population still occupies a large proportion of the city’s population.The development of agriculture plays an extremely important role in the stability and harmony of the city’s economy.Also it has an immeasurable impact on the agricultural economic growth.Therefore,it is important to study the impact of Hohhot’s financial support to agriculture on agricultural economic growth.By referring to and quoting the literature,this paper draws the references which related research contents at home and abroad,as the basis for further analysis of the financial support of Hohhot in the later context;Having access to the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region Yearbook and the relevant information of the Department of Finance,we collect a large number of data on agricultural economy and financial support.Making full use of real and objective data to Hohhot City,the paper studies the impact of financial support for agricultural economic growth,explores the trend of the scale and structure of the financial expenditure of agriculture in Hohhot,and teats impact of fiscal expenditure on agricultural economic growth,from both the dynamic trend analysis and empirical static analysis.The research mainly includes three aspects.They are the scale of financial expenditure(including absolute scale,relative size and expenditure intensity),the structure of financial expenditure on agriculture and the impact of agricultural support on agricultural economic growth.Through the analysis,the paper can get the conclusions:Although the absolute size of the expenditure of Hohhot’s financial support for agriculture is growing,fiscal expenditure on agriculture accounted for the proportion of total fiscal expenditure showed a downward trend;the growth rate of financial support for agriculture is fluctuating and the stability is poor;The expenditure of financial support for agriculture in Hohhot has a positive effect on the growth of agricultural economy.And the paper puts forward a series of suggestions on how to improve the performance of financial expenditure in Hohhot,for example,increasing the financial support for agricultural funds to support agriculture;multi-channel,multi-faceted raising financial support for agriculture to increase the financial support for agricultural capital,thus promoting the agricultural economy in Hohhot.
