Study On The Willing Of Participating In Professional Skill Training Of The Land-lost Famers In Yuancheng District Of Heyuan City

Nowadays,It is the crucial and accelerating time of urbanization development in our country.In the process of pushing for the rapid urbanization,the request of industrial land and state-owned construction land are tremendously increasing.Therefore,a large number of agricultural land are occupied,a group of farmers who are relied on farmland are out of work,which lose in a hard situation.Professional skill training is effective key to re-employment of land-losing farmers.However,it is a little number of land-losing farmers that take part in the professional skill training.In this paper,it focuses on the influent factor to take part in the professional skill training and the quantitative relation between them,then make out the advises which can improve the initiatives of land-losing farmers to take part in professional skill training,learn the new skill and finally realize the re-employment.In this paper,literature analysis method is used to summarize the concepts of land expropriated farmers and new type of professional farmers,and to study the theory of human capital and Maslow theory to provide the theoretical basis for the full text.Statistical analysis of questionnaires is used to know the current status of land-lost farmers about professional skill training in Yuancheng district of Heyuan city,some problems are found,including upgrading the educational quality and the income stability of land-lost farmers,improving the promotion about the skill training,and enriching the training items as well as improving the moderate level of professional skill trainingThen,by means of Cross Analysis and Binary Logistic Analysis,the quantitative relations between all the influent factors which have significant relation with the willingness to participate in professional skill training can be confirmed.The outcome of the study show that educational qualifications,income stability,satisfaction of training policy,satisfaction of training programs and the expectation of training effect are the factors which influence the willingness of farmers who participated in professional training.According to all the outcomes,practical suggestions which are based on the policy and plans in Yuancheng district are putting forward to.First,the higher level education of land-losing farmers set up the model for others.Second,it island-losing farmers who are less stable income should make sure to participate in professional skill training.Third,the level of satisfaction the expectation of training effect should be improved.Fourth,the level of satisfaction on training programs also should be upgraded.Fifth,it is the level of knowing on training policy that should be upgraded.
