Nowadays,people focusing on knowledge economy,competition about Talent and market has become increasingly fierce.Employees are no longer satisfied with the growth in pay and benefits,and they are more focused on improving their personal ability and personal value.The transformation is a new requirement for human resource management in enterprises,especially how to attract,cultivate,retain and motivate employee.Enterprise who find a way to effectively meet the increasing employees' career development needs,promoting employees fast,has become key factors to enhance core competitiveness and realize the strategic target.Through in-depth research and interviews with A company,I found out that,A Company has two cultivation channels for staff,management channel and technical channel.However,there are many problems in the development.of the two cultivation channels.Through information collection,investigate and interview,questions as follows:1.The construction system of cultivation channels is not perfect.2.It is not reasonable for cultivation channels of post setting.3.It is not reasonable for the process of appointing positions,no fair no justice and no public.4.There is no match between the cultivation channels construction and the human resource man,agement system.In view of the development of channel construction of company A,the author analyzed the problems about the construction and operation of the cultivation channels of A company.Based on the theory of human cultivation and career management,design including management channels and professional technical channels models,the channel framework of talent fostering and the development level of channel and horizontal development path.In the end,safeguard measure of the cultivation channels for company A was implemented.The research is helpful for strengthening their management of their employees' careers.It has practical guiding significance for the human resource management of company A.
