Research On The Economic Development Of Hubei Province Under The Strategic Background Of Yangtze River Economic

The State Council issued The Instructions about Relying on Yellow River to Promote the Developments of Yangtze River Economic Zone in September 2014,which indicates this suggestion will build the Yangtze River Economic Zone in a national strategic level.Moreover,the Yangtze River Economic Zone covers 11 provinces and cities,about 600 million people;in addition,its total economy is 45.17% of the whole country GDP in 2016,which is the most developed economic zone except the coastal areas.Implementing the Yangtze economic zone strategy,increasing open efforts in a further and constructing a new supporting zone of upgrading industrial transformation have great strategic significance in putting forward the new industrialization and the new urbanization.Hubei province,an important member in the Yangtze economic zone,will play a regional role in the background of Yangtze economic zone strategy,as a transitional zone between coastal areas in east and Midwestern areas,Effectively undertake industrial transfer,adjust the industrial structure,decrease disparities among areas,and promote a healthy and sustainable development in Hubei's economy.The paper of six chapters: Chapter One elaborates the research background,research status quo,research ideas and innovations etc.Chapter Two briefly summarizes the Yangtze economic zone strategy and relational theoretical basis.First of all,it makes a specific summary of Yangtze economic zone,describing the concept and geographical definition of Yangtze economic zone and the process of developing Yangtze economic zone strategy.Next,it expounds theoretical basis of the paper,including Marx's geographical division of labor theory,gradient transfer theory and sustainable development theory etc.Chapter Three inductively analyzes the economic development in Hubei provincer;moreover,compares main economic indexes with other provinces and cities of Yangtze economic zone.Chapter Four analyzes Hubei province will face strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and threats of economic development in the background of Yangtze economic zone strategy;furthermore,it also suggests future economic development of Hubei province choose "S-O" strategy.Chapter Five respectively introduces some foreign development experiences,like Japanese coastal industrial belt,American two-side economic zone,and Australian East Coat economic zone,which aim to make Hubei province get benefits through comparison and analysis.Chapter Six puts forward the countermeasures of Hubei's economic development in the background of Yangtze economic zone strategy.
