Research On Rural Economic Transformation In Hubei Province Based On Institutional Evolution

In 2003,the CPC Central Committee put forward a comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable scientific development concept on the basis of proposing the issue of "urban and rural development" to solve the three rural issues,and asked the whole party to solve the "three rural" problem as the most important work weight.Agriculture is the basis of the national economy,the development of rural economy is related to China's 900 million rural population survival and development,related to the development of the national economy,related to the stability of society as a whole.Hubei Province as the central region of the food base,its development is related to the entire central region of rural economic development.Promoting rural economic transformation is an important means to develop rural economy in Hubei Province.How to speed up the transformation of rural economy and realize the sustainable development of rural areas is the problem that we must think and study at this stage.This paper expounds the necessity of rural economic transformation from the actual situation of theory and agriculture,and studies the course of Hubei agricultural economy transformation from the perspective of institutional evolution,exemplifies the typical case of rural economic transformation in Hubei Province,and puts forward the transformation of Hubei agricultural economy The existence of the problem,put forward some suggestions for the problem.The text is divided into six parts.The first part mainly elaborates the background and significance of the thesis,as well as the research status at home and abroad.The second part mainly introduces the theoretical basis of institutional evolution and economic transformation.The third part analyzes the process of the whole rural economy transformation in Hubei province from the perspective of institutional evolution.The fourth part exemplifies the success stories of rural economic transformation in Hubei Province,and analyzes the institutional characteristics of the case.The fifth part puts forward the problems of rural economy transformation in Hubei Province.The sixth part puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the transformation.
