At present,project management has been widespread attention and recognition in all walks of life,greatly improve the management ability and efficiency of the enterprise,is the rapid development of the spread to all walks of life,the application of project management is increasing,more and more science related to the project management in the marketing mode in the application.In order to gain a place in the fierce competition,enterprises need to carry out the reform and innovation of marketing activities management,and introduce the concept,mode and method of project management in marketing activities.This paper from the semiconductor electronic components manufacturing company M with in-depth analysis of semiconductor electronic components industry marketing activities for the need of application of project management theory,through the project management of M company dsPIC33 EP series of products in the case of theoretical and practical knowledge in marketing activities to practice case analysis.M company mainly produces and sells microcontrollers,MCU,EEPROM memory and analog devices in semiconductor products.It is a representative marketing enterprise in the semiconductor electronic component industry.Since the establishment of the company,the rapid development of the business,the traditional sales model can not meet the ever-changing market environment.Semiconductor electronic components industry belongs to the high-tech industry,the products will be customized or semi customized according to customer demand,according to the application of different customers will be customized modifications in the software system,according to the needs of different customer terminal project has certain characteristics in the marketing process,first of all need to go through a cycle of course(the initial product introduction,hardware design,software design,prototype and small batch production to mass production,final)followed by a specific object and very specific goals,the company can provide limited resourcesunder the implementation of a time limit for one-time implementation of the project.This paper first makes a detailed introduction and analysis of the whole marketing and project management industry,the concept of project management activities in M company in the market and use of general situation of M company briefly,put forward specific process for M company dsPIC33 EP series of product marketing activities in the practice of this problem.Secondly,M company dsPIC33 EP series products should be how to carry out marketing,discussed the project management in M company dsPIC33 EP series product marketing mode of application.Finally,through the M company dsPIC33 EP products in the UAV PTZ project specific case,reflects the project management in the marketing project role,and preliminary draw conclusions and outlook.The conclusion is to show that,using the method of project management to guide the enterprise marketing activities are very effective,is worthy of other medium-sized electronic components enterprises similar to reference and application...
