Quality Management Research On Domestic Substitution Project Of Electronic Components In C Research Institute

In recent years,with the traction of new products and other projects and technological breakthroughs of domestic electronic components research units,the performance level of domestic electronic components has made great progress,and the performance of some domestic electronic components has approached or reached the international advanced level.The use of imported electronic components will not only have hidden dangers in information security,quality control and other aspects,but also because of the device embargo,production stoppage caused by the difficulties in production support and other issues have seriously restricted the development of China's weapons and equipment.The weapons and equipment urgently need the electronic components independently developed by our country to replace the imported products.Therefore,the task of replacing the domestic production of electronic components is arduous,and continuous improvement is still needed in the formulation of rules and regulations,the strengthening of quality control level,the establishment of perfect operation scheme and other aspects.This article through to C institute electronic localization project quality management is studied,by means of data collection and quality tools,analysis of project quality management problems in the process of operation,including localization of components in the industry has failed to get good use,will work in the process of project implementation of various qualitative and quantitative,and statistics,analysis using quality management tool.Using the PDCA cycle theory in the project quality management,according to the steps of PDCA(planning,execution,inspection,analysis),the quality management of the project is discussed one by one.During the implementation of this project,through the analysis of the quality status of the localized electronic components project,the improvement points of the quality management in the implementation of the project were found out,and the targeted improvement plan was formulated.Finally,through the analysis of the project implementation process of effective quality management methods,the formation of suitable for the enterprise quality management methodology,effectively improve the level of enterprise quality management.
