Marketing originated in the United States. After more than years of development,enterprise’s marketing concept from its connotation to denotation are produced very bigchange, but the market marketing work is good or bad influence to the survival anddevelopment of enterprise that has not been changed, the military enterprise as well.Ten military groups were set up in China in1999which formed a military market object,arks the military research and production unit in corporatization to move at a substantialstep.But it has been so deeply influenced by the planned economy,the mechanismfactor,the system factors that there are still many problems in military enterprisemarketing. In addition, marketing level is uneven between different units.Modern project management originated in the national defence project,throughdecades of development, and taking on a new look to serve national defenseconstruction. This paper which takes the aviation electronic marketing of S institutemilitary as an example, takes a typical marketing case as the breakthrough point andbases on S institute existing market development system and mechanism of the premisecomprehensively analizes the marketing practice process and problems,then then drawsinto project management thoughts.This paper which takes the typical marketing case asa “project”will deduce the model of marketing project management,respectively fromthe clear marketing strategy target, marketing planning, the implementation of the plan,process control, risk control, post-evaluation and SWOT of project management, theWBS、key chain control,which will make the marketing management related practicebecome specific,more maneuverable,easy to control risk and greatly promote to makea marketing strategic goals. Through the above analysis, the research in this paper willbe expected to improve the marketing level of S institute aviation electronic field,meanwhile can be used by the associate organization in the work for marketing.
