The feedback of performance management as a basic work,plays an important role in the development of human resources and management,performance management and feedback is effective or not,whether can be its own role into full play,involving the public sector overall goal can be reached,the entire human management department or even in the public sector internal management activities have a great influence,therefore,its will to some extent to achieve the strategic goal of the public sector affected.However,the experts did not study more grass-roots tax department performance management feedback study,therefore,in-depth analysis of the performance management process of a certain period in the development of grass-roots tax department,has a certain theoretical significance.This paper adopts field survey method,literature research method and case study,the use of project management theory,performance feedback theory,the performance management project of XX County State Taxation Bureau as the main research object,analyzes the status quo and problems of the performance management project of XX County State Taxation Bureau feedback,and then analyze the XX County State Taxation Bureau feedback problems in the performance management project,This paper mainly studies the framework mainly in the following aspects: the first part is the introduction;the second part is the related theoretical basis;the third part is the performance management project of XX County State Taxation Bureau feedback analysis of the status quo and problems;the fourth part is the reason analysis of XX County State Taxation Bureau feedback in performance management of project problems;the fifth part is the establishment of performance the basic tax department project management perfect feedback mechanism is proposed.
