Since 2010,the net about the car industry rapid development,resulting in a series of social problems,and triggered a wide public concern and discussion,is rooted in the integration of social resources to realize the innovation of the formats,make the organization become the main influencing factors of business model development legality.First of all,this study investigated the legality of the domestic and international relevant organizations,business mode and network related research conducted a literature review about the car,the results show that,for the research about car is based on the perspective of law,and based on the organizational legitimacy to explore network about car business model research.Therefore,based on the theory of organizational legitimacy and business model,depending on the web about the car industry,the existing way of resource acquisition,will be divided into network about car business model of the car(taxi)model and car(private cars)model and car(proprietary)three categories,and connecting with the net about car platform operation mode,from the three dimensions of the legality of organization regulation legitimacy,legality and standard cognitive legitimacy building network about the legality of the car business model organization evaluation index system.Then,carries on the empirical analysis to existing network platform about car industry as the research object,to network about car consumers as investigation object,using SPSS 18.0 to analyze the reliability and validity of data.Then,using the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to network about car three grade evaluation on the business model of organizational legitimacy.Finally,and puts forward some corresponding improving network about different business model of organizational legitimacy strategies,explore the network about car business model of sustainable development strategy.Research shows that Studies have shown that car(private cars)model of the lower level of organizational legitimacy among them,the least legitimacy of rules and regulations,under the influence of net new policy about car is bigger,the limitation on the car(private cars)model development conditions.
