| The development of the Online car-hailing has brought a huge impact on the traditional taxi,also stimulated the traditional taxi reform.Online car-hailing belong to the category of the sharing economy,and their emergence has both traces of the shared economy and certain specific reasons.By investigating the situation of the Taxi and Online car-hailing in large cities,combined with the current advanced regulatory experience,and in the context of clear top-level design,this paper attempts to study how large-city Online car-hailing prices should be regulated and the subsequent development direction.These research results not only provide a reference for the reform of the Online car-hailing price,but also provide suggestions for its healthy development.Firstly,based on the analysis of the characteristics,development status,operating modes,and charging standards of Online car-hailing of large cities in the “Internet plus” context,this paper investigates and analyzes the characteristics of passenger usage of Online car-hailing in large cities.Secondly,based on the analysis of the difference between Online car-hailing and Taxi in large cities,the position of the Online car-hailing in the development of the passenger transport system in the big city is defined,and the effective competitiveness and process of the Online car-hailing and Taxi are analyzed.On this basis,it elaborated the influencing factors of price formulation,mainly involving the supply factors,operating cost factors,government policy factors,and participation subject factors of Online car-hailing in large cities,and using system dynamics to analyze the relationship between factors.Thirdly,based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of the existing related pricing methods,this paper proposes a method of pricing Online car-hailing in large cities,which guarantees the reasonable profits of the Online car-hailing companies at the same time,from the remaining value of the passengers,the value surplus of the Online car-hailing companies,and the total social utility,it build a basic rate model of Online car-hailing in large cities,and solve the model and estimate the relevant parameters of the model.On this basis,the plan for the approximate vehicle transportation price of Online car-hailing in large cities was designed from the four aspects of whether there was a starting price and encouraged long-distance and short-distance travel,and the differential pricing of the Online car-hailing in large cities was proposed.Finally,based on the method of system dynamics,the analysis of the existing pricing regulation and existing problems,the author established a Online car-hailing pricing system model to study the regulation of the current Online car-hailing in large cities.This article takes the main city zone of Chongqing as an example,according to the local transportation Online car-hailing about the current situation of the carriage price,the status of travel demand,etc.,and it use the model established to design and solve the Online car-hailing about the carriage price plan,and put forward pricing regulation based on reasonable prices.Through the research,this article clarifies the development orientation of the Online car-hailing and Taxi of large cities in the “Internet plus” context,proposes a reasonable pricing model for Online car-hailing in large cities,and studies the regulation of Online car-hailing in large cities,which can regulate the leasing The reform and development of the passenger transport industry provide a theoretical basis and decision-making reference for the pricing of Online car-hailing in large cities.However,the established model involves a large number of parameters and influencing factors,and the dynamic changes in the demand for Online car-hailing make the pricing still fluctuate,and some parameters are difficult to quantify.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out a large number of surveys and data collections on the Online car-hailing and Taxi operations to make more accurate predictions in the future research. |
