Research On D-company Mobile Internet Software Project Management Strategy Based On Agile Model

The fast development and wide adoption of mobile network have brought a huge impact on those small companies,which do business in hardware and software developing.To chase up with the fast pace of mobile network,the term ‘agile software development' was introduced.However,the agile software development is not able to fully replace the conventional software development method,especially in the case of designing complex systems.Small companies and entities are often restricted by resources.Thus,it is difficult for a small company to choose an optimized method from varies developing methods in a short period,or develop different types of products at the same time.This paper is focused on analyzing the conventional software development process and the agile software development process.Moreover,it manages to find a strategy of combing those two processes,and provide the small companies with a reference to the development of mobile network software projects.The main contents of this paper are as follow:1)By introducing ‘D company' as an example,it thoroughly analyzed the researching system of small companies,which develop conventional software.The pros and cons are being pointed out.2)Next,the pros and cons of the agile software development process are being studied.By comparing them with those of conventional software development process,a ‘hybrid' development strategy is being introduced.It is suggested that an 'Inner-agile-outer-waterfall' method should be applied for the mobile network software projects.The key factors in the process of hybrid developing strategy are also being discussed.3)Test the hybrid developing strategy in real practice.The results show that the new development strategy well complies with the conventional development process and management process of ‘D company'.It shortens the development cycle,meanwhile assuring the quality and fulfilling the requirements of customers.
