Research On Management Optimization In Agile Development Process Of NE Company

In recent years, software industry is developing rapidly, software market continues to expand, which makes some software enterprises international competitiveness level is declining. In order to adapt to the fast changing market demand, more and more enterprise software development using agile software development mode. Therefore, how to use agile software development model has become a hot issue in the field of research. In this paper, This thesis is aimed at the present situation of Scrum agile software development in NE company, analysis of the problem in using Scrum agile software development model, identify the elements of the problem and evaluate the factors. According to the evaluation results, the optimization scheme is proposed. Main research contents are as follows:(1) Analysis on the status quo of Scrum agile software development in NE company. In order to fully understand the NE company Scrum agile software development process, the use of Delphi questionnaire survey method was carried out in the 3 round of the expert questionnaire, When the results of the questionnaire tend to be stable, the 14 aspects of the 5 problems are summarized.(2) NE company Scrum agile software development process core elements identification.
