Research And Practice Of Software Project Process Management Based On Agile Development Method

Software products are the core competitiveness of software companies.A key issue in software development is development efficiency and development costs.With the rapid development of software companies,the growth of products in the same direction has become increasingly fierce.At present,most software development models of enterprises have the demand for enterprises whose development efficiency cannot support rapid development.Frequent changes in requirements also increase the cost of software development.How to improve the development efficiency of software enterprise software by improving the process management of software project development and satisfying the changes in software enterprise requirements is a difficult problem for most companies.At present,there are many theoretical models for software project management in domestic and abroad,including capability maturity model and agile model.Software companies will practice through these models in an attempt to improve their company's software development process.The process management research direction of software product research and development,most companies do not have a separate study.The research issue of this paper is to face the current software product characteristics,how to make software development process based on the agile development method to regulate efficient.And try to improve the software development process management.The research of this dissertation combines theory and practice to improve the process management of software projects,and introduces agile development methods to the traditional software development process to improve the development efficiency and responsiveness to changes in customer requirements.Through the analysis of the specific problems of the agile development method model,we have developed agile models that are more suitable for software companies in recent years and optimized the software development process management.First of all,through the research on process management of software companies currently based on agile development methods,including the popular Scrum model of agile classic models,for a certain company in when software company H is performing a P2P fund project in the first phase according to Scrum.The model conducts software development process management for case analysis,analyzes the shortcomings of process management in software development in recent years,has low development efficiency,cannot respond quickly to changes in user requirements,cannot be rapidly iterated,and the project delays during software delivery.Then,the agile classical model Scrum model was optimized,and the agile development project management tool TAPD used by the company T was introduced as an assistant tool for software development process management.Through the company H in the second phase of a P2P software project,we used the auxiliary project management software which was TAPD.After process management optimization and improvement,ensure that the project progress is normal and respond to customer changes quickly.The project can be quickly iteratively updated to ensure that the project is optimized in a timely manner.According to the needs of software users,it quickly adapts to the market and ensures product renewal,allowing the company's products to quickly occupy the market.
