Research On The Long-term Mechanism Of Poverty Reduction Under The Background Of Tourism Precise Poverty Alleviation In Nujiang Shangganmashan Village

Poverty is the highly focused social problem in the world.In 2014,China firstly put forward the concept of "tourism precise poverty alleviation" based on "precision poverty alleviation".After several years of practice on precise poverty alleviation in tourism,whether the people have been lifted out of poverty as to the poverty-lifting standard embrace the poverty-returning risk again is the major issue which we concern both in the practice and theory in tourism precise poverty alleviation.The main content of this paper takes Shangganmashan village in Lushui City,Lisu Autonomous Prefecture,Nujiang.as an instance.It concludes that the researches of the Stakeholder theory,community participation theory,comparative advantage theory,social capital theory,and so on,which analyzes these matters include the effects and states on tourism precise poverty alleviation,the disadvantage aspect of precise poverty alleviation,the potential threat factors of returning to poverty.On the basis of the overall design of "self-development as the premise,tourism development as the main body,and social participation in the effective operation system",the author proposes a long-term mechanism of poverty reduction from the perspective of the precise optimization mechanism of rural tourism,the benefit mechanism of precise poverty alleviation for poverty alleviation households,the innovative driving mechanism of "cultural tourism",and the industrial development mechanism jointly built by village and enterprise.The poverty-stricken population in the village of Shangmashan is a typical representative of China’s poverty alleviation region.The exploration of the establishment of a long-term mechanism to curb poverty alleviation in the village of Shangganmashan will bring useful enlightenment to the nation’s efforts to consolidate poverty alleviation.
