Case Study On The Entrepreneurial Learning Process Model Of The Blue-Collar

In recent years,public entrepreneurship has become a hot topic.Under this social background,blue collar groups are also actively engaged in the tide of entrepreneurship.Blue collar entrepreneurs have attracted scholars' attention to identify and develop entrepreneurial opportunities based on their accumulated prior experience and industry knowledge.However,the existing research on blue collar entrepreneurial learning process has not yet established a complete theory,based on the blue collar entrepreneurial learning process as a starting point,study the entrepreneurial process of entrepreneurial knowledge and entrepreneurial learning characteristics and influencing factors of content.Based on a systematic review of related literature,such as blue collar entrepreneurship research,entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial knowledge,we find that the entrepreneurial learning process of blue collar entrepreneurs can be analyzed from three stages.To this end,this paper uses a multiple cases study method to analyze and select three typical cases of blue collar entrepreneurship from the manufacturing industry.First of all,the blue collar business process in every case of complete presentation;then,the entrepreneurial process of three blue collar entrepreneurs critical incident analysis,discuss the venture in the former stage,the early days and the entrepreneurial maturity of entrepreneurial learning content;then,the cross case analysis summed up the entrepreneurial learning content and features of blue collar,and explore the influencing factors of entrepreneurial learning;finally,the results were refined,constructs the theoretical model of entrepreneurial learning process of blue collar.The results show that: the blue collar entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial stage before the main learning skills knowledge and experience,knowledge and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,there is a strong correlation between the blue collar entrepreneurial choice and employment in the industry;the blue collar entrepreneurs in the beginning of learning team construction,resource mobilization and entrepreneurial opportunities for development the knowledge of the initial funding sources of its own funds,the second is to get through the network,and finally the bank loan;the blue collar entrepreneurs in the business enterprise to survive the mature period,is entering a period of steady development,mainly facing the management difficulties,this stage of entrepreneurial learning mainly is the enterprise strategic management the contents of the blue collar;entrepreneurs in various stages of entrepreneurial learning is the common feature of the initiative,whether it is before the start or the accumulation of a formal Industry,blue collar entrepreneurs on the one hand,actively explore various opportunities at the same time,on the other hand also reflect on previous work and entrepreneurship in the process of "detour";entrepreneurial learning process.Blue collar entrepreneurs mainly by its previous experience,social network and entrepreneurial environment influence.Compared with previous studies,the innovation of this paper is: 1.In this study,blue collar entrepreneurs are selected as research subjects,enriching the research group of entrepreneurial learning,and introducing critical incident analysis to case analysis,which provides a new idea for entrepreneurial learning research.Secondly,we constructed a blue collar group's entrepreneurial learning process theory model,and pointed out the commonalities and characteristics of the blue collar entrepreneurs in the entrepreneurial learning process and the white-collar entrepreneurship group.
