Research On The Influence Of Prior Knowledge, Entrepreneurial Alertness,and Learning Styles On Entrepreneurial Opportunity Recognition

In the process of entrepreneurship, the step which determining business success or not is entrepreneurial opportunity recognition,it is an initial step, but it is a critical step. More and more people begin to look for opportunities, the entrepreneurial opportunity recognition research received extensive attention. Existing studies shown that entrepreneurial opportunity recognition played a significant role on enterprise development, entrepreneurial opportunity decided entrepreneurial success, is also the key to enterprises long-term development, so the questions such as how to identify entrepreneurial opportunities and what factors affect entrepreneurial opportunity recognition become a new focus in the field. This article is based on the existing a large number of literature reading, Based on extensive literature, the article tries to analyze the relationship between prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness, learning styles and entrepreneurial opportunity recognition.Through the empirical research method, using the SPSS and LISREL statistic analysis software, based on data processing and analyzing of292questionnaires, verify the influence of prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness and learning styles on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. The results showed that:prior knowledge, entrepreneurial alertness and learning styles has obvious influence on entrepreneurial opportunity recognition. In addition, verify the partial intermediary effect of entrepreneurial alertness in prior knowledge and entrepreneurial opportunity identification,also in learning styles and entrepreneurial opportunity identification. Finally,systematic summarized the conclusion of the study, and put forward some suggestions for enterprises and managers as well as the development direction of entrepreneurship in the future research.
