Research On Working Capital Management Issues Of XYF Estate Company

As an important part of enterprise financial capital,working capital management efficiency not only has a direct impact on corporate profitability and liquidity,but also affects the enterprise's survival and development.Along with the economic globalization and the increasing competition,the necessity of enterprise capital management is increasingly prominent.At present,our country for theoretical study lags behind the reality application of working capital management,because of the lack of working capital management research and the importance of working capital in practice,this thesis will discuss the real estate enterprise's working capital management issues,in order to help this company to improve management level.In this paper,we first introduces the channel management theory and working capital management model based on the theory of the channel in detail,then taking XYF,a real estate company as an example,we analyze the current situation and limitations of the management of working capital,and find out the existing problems in the company.At last,this paper puts forward working capital management system based on the theory of channels.In consideration of risk control and efficiency improvement,we put forward some suggestions from procurement channel,production channels to marketing channels,in order to improve the level of working capital management and defense financial risks effectively.The innovation of this paper is to combine channel relationship and business processes to working capital management of a real estate enterprise.And to conduct a comprehensive analysis from procurement channels to marketing channels.It is not only beneficial to the study of the theory of the working capital management,but also helpful to improve the safety and efficiency of the working capital.It can provide advice to small and medium-sized real estate enterprises.
