With the further development of market economy and the promotion of interest rate marketization,the operating environment of domestic commercial banks is undergoing profound changes.After several years of development,the banking sector is no longer the four largest state-owned banks,the joint-stock commercial banks and city banks have occupied a place to seize market share.However,with the development of the market economy is the intensification of competition,the industry a serious situation of homogeneity of business types,the main business income is highly dependent on the overall characteristics of the traditional interest income.Rural commercial bank is to Jinshi Union for the former foundation,the shareholding system of local financial institutions established by way of promotion,with the development of market economy,rural credit cooperatives and its predecessor jinshi in 2000 since nearly ten years experience to complete elaborate Township outlets,business volume rising,good business development the benefits.However,with the 2013 completion of the joint-stock reform,the bank's internal organizational structure,ownership structure,distribution of profits and bonuses,employee clear functions and post setting are perfect optimization in different degree,but the bank for each branch,department and staff did not establish a perfect performance evaluation system mechanism.Such a management system makes the business in recent years,the development of the business situation is stagnant,staff enthusiasm and other issues,hindering the further development of the firm.In view of the existing rural commercial bank performance evaluation system of the city,this paper analyzes its causes,performance appraisal results without explicit performance of honor system,combining with the current mainstream theory of evaluation,key performance indicators based on KPI theory,aiming at to achieve the evaluation of Bank branch,department and staff of the overall city performance evaluation system.It is expected that the bank can achieve the goal of clear strategic direction,speed up the integration of performance evaluation and salary incentive,and enhance the quality and enthusiasm.
