In October 2015,the reform of institutions in Liaoning was launched in full swing,and G company is one of the first batch of pilot units.The transformation from institution to enterprise is not only a change of identity,but also a change of management role.But the transformation will not change overnight,and many of the management and work habits of the existing institutions are still being brought into the new business.As the main force to increase the income of the enterprises,the toll collection fees are still not effectively guaranteed if there is no effective incentive.So this research to develop research for the incentive mechanism for G toll collection staff.Literature research method,way of qualitative analysis and model analysis method were used in this paper,motivation theory of Maslow,expectancy theory of Froom,synthetically motivating pattern of Porter-Lawler and two-factor theory of Hertzberg which the classical model of needs and incentives are introduced into the research.The design of questionnaire,the analysis of problem and the suggestion of improvement mechanism were put forward under the guidance of the theory.Finally,this research is under the guidance of theory,combine with advanced cases at home and abroad of the same industry,in order to solve the problem for G company,we have developed a comprehensive and systematic incentive mechanism including salary,welfare,rewards and punishments,staff growth,etc.,to maximize the enthusiasm of employees,it can help enterprises retain talent and tap talent.In addition,the enterprise operation of the highway is imperative,and the timing of the G company's restructuring is at the same position in the industry,which determines that when we do management research,we can fully learn from the experience of previous generations,and then join the new situation to join new thinking,to solve more common problems in the same industry.We hope to offer a reference for it.
