The Research About The Coordinated Development Of Independent Innovation And Industrial Cluster Of High Technology Industry In Liaoning Province

The vigorous development of high technology industry has great influence on theworld economy. It has brought new development prospects to the worsening of thetraditional industry. High technology industry is becoming an important filed of thecompetition of the international economy, science and technology. Development of hightechnology industry, to promote the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure,improve the production efficiency and economic benefit, is indispensable to substitute.Independent innovation is to promote high technology industry development andmaintain its core competitive power. Development of industrial clusters reflects therationality of the regional distribution of the high-tech industry, and it is an importantguarantee for the healthy development of the high-tech industry. Therefore, thepromotion of high technology industry coordinated development of independentinnovation and industrial clusters is the key to the sustainable development of hightechnology industry.In the background of the high-tech industry boom period and the revitalization ofnortheast old industrial bases, the Liaoning province high technology industry level ofcoordinated development of independent innovation and industrial clusters conductedin-depth analysis from the perspective of industrial organization. First, this paperexpounds the domestic and foreign scholars’ latest research achievements of the hightechnology industry independent innovation and industrial cluster. It provides atheoretical basis for the study of the coordinated development of independentinnovation and industrial clusters in Liaoning province high technology industry.Secondly, the article theoretically analyzes the high-tech industry the coordinateddevelopment of independent innovation and industry cluster’s structure, content and the dynamic mechanism of synergy development. It provides the theoretical path for thelater analysis of Liaoning high-tech industrial independent innovation and industrialclusters collaborative problem. Again, this paper used the data from the1995-2012yearof Liaoning Province high-tech industry, by using DEA method and DEAP2.1softwarefor data collection and analysis in detail. It is concluded that the high technologyindustry in Liaoning province of the coordinated development of independentinnovation and industrial clusters collaborative degree and development degree is nothigh. Fourthly, this paper compared the high-tech industry development statuscollaborative development status in Liaoning Province and other major areas ofinnovation and industrial clusters by use of comparative analysis. It is concluded thatthe high technology industry in Liaoning province the coordinated development level ofindependent innovation and industrial cluster is not high and its reason. Finally, basedon the above analysis about the question and reason, the paper puts forward someoperable countermeasures and suggestions. Then the paper provides a theoreticalreference for the government making high technology industry development policiesand industry self-discipline development.
