The Difference Of Industrial Green Development Level Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt And Its Influencing Factors

Since the Yangtze River Economic belt is one of China's three major economic strategic planning and industry is the backbone of the Yangtze River Economic belt to enhance the overall strength of the economy,we must choose to take the green development and sustainable development.Firstly,in order to achieve industrial green transformation we should understand the current situation of industrial green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.Secondly.we should analysis whether there is an imbalance in the industrial green transformation process or not and the reasons for causing these differences.Thirdly,we should explore how to narrow the level of industrial green development differences through the factors of industrial green transition and then promote the industrial green transformation of the Yangtze River Economic Belt.In view of this,this paper focuses on the characteristics and composition of the industrial green development level of the Yangtze River Economic Belt and decomposes the main factors that cause the difference of industrial green development to put forward the policy suggestions to promote the industrial green development of the Yangtze River Economic belt.Firstly,This paper combines and reviews the relevant theoretical research and empirical research on industrial green development both at home and abroad.Secondly,it defines the concept of industrial green development and discusses the theoretical basis of industrial green development from four aspects:eco-economic efficiency theory,industrial ecology theory,circular economy theory and sustainable development theory and discuss the driving force of industrial green development on top of economic drive,innovation drive,environment-driven and government driving,for the subsequent empirical theory to support.Then,the paper constructs the entropy weight-TOPSIS model of the industrial green development index evaluation model and takes the 108 prefecture-level cities of the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object and uses the MBTLAB software to measure the industrial green development index from 2004 to 2013 and analyze the differences in industrial green development with the Gini index and the Sier index.The results show that:(1)In the past 10 years,the overall difference in the level of industrial green development in the Yangtze River economic Belt has narrowed.The overall difference between 2004 and 2010 is due to the narrowing of the differences among the three major urban groups.The reduction of the overall difference between 2011 and 2013 is slowed down.(2)The difference between the three major urban groups in the past 10 years has been narrowed and the difference between the Yangtze River Delta and the Middle triangle and Pan-Cheng Yu has been improved obviously.(3)The differences in the three major urban agglomerations continued to expand in the past 10 years and the differences between the green policy support and that between the green growth of the industry lead to the expansion of the urban agglomeration.Thirdly,the influencing factors of industrial green development level are considered from four aspects:economic factors,innovation factors,environmental factors and government support factors and Tobit model is established according to the corresponding indicators.According to the Shaply value decomposition method,the differential decomposition of the industrial green development level regression equation is constructed.The conclusions show that:(1)In recent years,innovation factors have been the main factors affecting the difference of industrial green development level and the city with the higher Internet level and the higher level of information will take the lead in the completion of industrial green transformation;(2)Environmental factors lead to industrial green development level differences but the impact of these on the overall difference is decreasing;(3)The economic factors are the factors that have led to the widening of the differences in the level of industrial green development,in which the per capita GDP has gradually increased in the expansion of the overall difference in the past 10 years;(4)The government support factors can narrow the industrial green development differences but the effect is small.Finally,the author puts forward some policy suggestions to promote the industrial green development of the Yangtze River economic Belt.
