With the rapid economic growth and development,environmental pollution and resource shortages has brought the world's increasing pressure.Constraints from resources and ecological environment for economic development gradually strengthen.Faced with a growing number of resources and environmental constraints,green development is the only way for our economy to optimize resource.Green development is the inherent requirement of the transformation of China's economic development model.As an important strategic support for the development of China's national economy,the Yangtze river economic belt needs to follow the path of green development unswervingly.Based on the comprehensive evaluation theory and econometrics,we introduce related concept and connotation of green development.First of all,we build the Yangtze river economic belt of green development level evaluation index system,and choose selection of entropy value method on the various provinces and cities along the Yangtze river from 2006 to 2016.We analyzed the Yangtze river economic belt of green development level evaluation and the dimension of each index and the total green development index is d;Second,using of space measuring method for 11 years from 2006 to 2016 panel data on 11 provinces and cities of the Yangtze river economic belt to analysis the space effect and using Moran' s I and Moran' s I plot to explorate the correlation and partial correlation;Finally,construct the spatial lag model to estimate the industrial structure,environmental regulation,technical factors,resources and ecological environment,open to the public on the effect of the development level of the Yangtze river economic belt of green,and analyze the spatial spillover effects.The paper draws the following important conclusions: the overall level of green development in the Yangtze river economic belt has been steadily improved from 2006 to 2016,but there are significant differences between different regions.There is a significant spatial correlation between the green development levels of provinces and cities,and in the Yangtze river economic belt region,the green development level of provinces and cities will have a spillover effect on neighboring provinces and cities.At the same time,environmental regulation,technological factors,resources and ecological environment as well as the level of opening to the outside world have a positive effect on the improvement of green development in this region.The industrial structure has a negative effect on the level of green development in this region.Based on the analysis results,three Suggestions are proposed: first,give play to the spillover effect and promote the coordinated development of the Yangtze river economic belt;Second,to break the resource and environment constraints,and promote the industrial structure toward the direction of rationalization,and strengthen the protection of natural ecology,regulate environmental governance;Finally,we should improve the long-term mechanism,strengthen the government's environmental regulation and enhance the ability of technological innovation.
