| In this paper,the contents of green development,green development level evaluation,green development efficiency measurement,green development mechanism analysis and other related research achievements were combed.The selection of unexpected output indicators of green development efficiency model is still need to be developed,the theoretical research on the mechanism analysis and the research on Urban green development is relatively less.Based on the research results of green development,this paper takes 108 cities in the Yangtze River Economic Belt as the research object,and chooses from 2005 to 2015 as the research interval,puts forward eight influential factors affecting the green development efficiency,which are the level of economic development and the density of population,government support,scientific and technological input,education input,industrial development level,opening level and transportation infrastructure,then constructs two models:the development efficiency evaluation model and spatial measurement model of the green development efficiency influencing factors.The results show that:(1)The efficiency of green development of urban economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt is characterized by polarization.There are two types of cities in the Yangtze Economic Zone which realize DEA effective.One is the more developed cities represented by Shanghai and Suzhou,the other is the developing cities represented by Changde and Huaihua.(2)Scale efficiency contribution to the Yangtze River Economic Belt city green development efficiency is higher than that of pure technical efficiency.(3)The efficiency of green development is gradient distribution,city area green development efficiency is highest in the lower reaches of the city,the lowest in the upper reaches of the city.The difference between the lower reaches,the middle reaches and the upper cities first increases and then decreases progressively.(4)In the Yangtze River economic belt,the green development efficiency is not evenly distributed,and only the green development efficiency of the Shanghai is effective,so the achievement of green development in the city of the Yangtze River economic belt is still a long way to go.(5)There is a significant positive spatial spillover effect on the green development efficiency of the urban economy in the Yangtze River Economic Belt,The level of economic development,government support and technology investment have a significant positive effect on the green development efficiency of urban economy.Population density,industrial development level and the level of opening have a significant negative effect on the green development efficiency of urban economy.And the impact of transportation and education on the green development efficiency is not significant.The green development of the Yangtze River Economic Belt should adhere to the combination of "Protection" and "Development",arrange the Input-Output structure reasonably,and improve the green development performance. |
