| Since the 21 st century,China’s real estate industry has developed rapidly,has become one of the important industries of the national economy.At the same time the real estate industry and construction,machinery and many other industries have a strong relevance,the industry’s great influence so that the development of real estate at all times affect the national livelihood and national economic development path.But the real estate industry in China started slightly later,the foundation is not stable,the industry standardization is not high,although because of its high profit characteristics to attract a large number of enterprises to join,but real estate as a capital-intensive industries,with huge investment,long investment cycle,The high degree of risk,is still the need for investors to focus on the issue.In addition,the state is also constantly strengthening the adjustment and control of the real estate market,which also exacerbated the financial risk of the real estate industry.How to prevent all kinds of financial risks is the urgent problem to be solved in the current situation.Real estate enterprises only continue to improve their own financial risk identification and prevention capabilities,can effectively improve their management level,enhance economic efficiency.Based on the combination of theory and example,this paper summarizes the achievements of predecessors’ recognition and prevention of financial risk by reading a large number of related literatures.On this basis,this paper studies the recognition and prevention of financial risks of real estate enterprises.This paper analyzes the financial risks of A real estate enterprises from the perspective of financing risk,investment risk,fund recovery and income distribution from the point of view of financial activities as the main line of A real estate company with representative industry in the industry.And put forward the countermeasure,put forward the A real estate enterprise financial risk prevention system implementation of the safeguard measures,in order to improve the real estate business financial risk prevention system.Hoping to give some companies the financial risk identification and prevention to provide some reference. |
