| The real estate industry is an important component of China’s national economy.Risk prevention is an important part of the current central economic work conference,which means that the real estate industry will continue to face a tight financial environment and the operation capacity of enterprises needs to be improved.The financial risk has become a major problem which needs to consider the real estate company.This paper takes BL Real Estate as an example to study the financial risk prevention and control of real estate enterprises,which will help to improve the content of enterprise risk prevention and control research.At the same time,it is helpful for real estate enterprises to prevent and control financial risks and improve business conservatism.On the basis of reviewing the relevant research results at home and abroad,this paper makes a systematic study on the risk prevention and control of real estate enterprises in China by using the principles of financial management and risk control,adopting the methods of normative analysis,case analysis and institutional analysis.The research contents can be divided into three parts: The first part is the theoretical analysis,including literature review and real estate enterprise financial risk prevention and control of the basic issues.The second part is a case study,mainly introduces BL Real Estate and its financial situation,analyzes the system of financial risk prevention and control,and evaluates the effect of prevention and control system.The third part is countermeasure research,which gives some measures in finance risk management of real estate enterprise.Measures include adapting to the external environment,improving the prevention and control system of financial risks and improving the quality of financial managers which will help enterprises conduct more effective financial risk management,reduce financial risk,reduce financial losses,and promote the healthy development of real estate enterprises.Based on the case analysis of BL Real Estate,it mainly comes to the following conclusions: It is important for real estate enterprises to pay attention to financial risk prevention and control.Enterprises need to pay attention to the external environment,improve the financial risk prevention and control system and improve the quality of financial managers to strengthen the management and control of financial risk.And it will also help enterprises to carry out financial risk management more effectively in order to reduce financial risk. |
