Retirement problem has always been a key issue affecting the development of the labor market in china.The delayed retirement policy is the key policy to solve the imbalance of the labor force population and the population aging in china.In a series of policy measures,such as decentralization way Guotuiminjin market,enhance the economic vitality,tax financial reform and promote the development of SMEs,joint action to encourage entrepreneurship activating investment and a series of policies,China's labor market employment scale continued to increase.With the steady development of China's economy and the increasing demand for labor force,the gap between the age scale of retired labor force and the size of the new labor force entering the labor market continues to widen.In addition,due to the gradual aging of the population problem in China,the total supply of labor market has declined for the first time in 2014.Under the background of steady growth,employment promotion and livelihood Protection,the total amount of labor supply has been unable to meet the growing demand of the labor market scale.Therefore,to bring the annual number of various economic reforms brought by millions of jobs and increase the problem of aging population in the total population of the workforce reduction together,put forward more challenges to our delayed retirement age adjustment.In China's labor market steady growth in the size of the background,in the long term,delay the retirement age can increase labor supply,reduce the cost of human resources,the supply of jobs to expand the scale,to further enhance the GDP,per capita disposable income by the end of the upgrade,to maintain the healthy development of economic development.In the short term,the delay retirement age can make the education investment better by extending the working time,making the social security fund balance of payments,and the social support ratio tends to be reasonable.In the trend of China's economic growth and the steady growth of employment scale,the gap between the population size of the age-dependent labor force and the population size of the youth joining the labor market continues to increase.China's statutory retirement age is relatively early,and it is also an important factor to aggravate the problem.Retirement policy adjustments need to be made on the basis of the supply and demand situation and development trend of the labor market,and retirement policy change is also the situation and development trend of supply and demand of the labour market reaction.In this paper,the research on the retirement age is based on the relationship between the age of retirement and the development of labor market.From the population structure,labor market supply and demand situation,the cost of human resources,labor market supply and demand balance and other aspects of research.Through the analysis on the development of population data,the labor market growth,the total labor supply,employment data and other related variables,the retirement age is not only helpful to improve the present stage of our country social security funds shortage,more conducive to China's labor market and healthy development of the conclusion.Through the quantitative analysis of supply and demand of urban labor market in China,calculated the progressive retirement policy will increase the amount of labor supply to process,to quantify the effects of delay retirement policy on the aging of the population and the labor market supply and demand balance,and then gives the delayed retirement age policy recommendations.By comparing the size of the labor force population and the size of the labor market,this paper studies how to adjust the retirement age,so that the scale of labor supply meets the demand of the labor force.At present,China has the full implementation of the opening of the second child birth policy,but can be seen from the data,the issue of independence open two-child policy is not timely and effectively solve the contradiction between supply and demand imbalance of population structure and the labor market in our country.According to the present situation of our country at the present stage of population aging process gradually accelerate,the timely introduction of progressive delay retirement policy is reasonable,will effectively release the scale of labor supply and labor market scale to meet increasing demand.The retirement policy is an important part of the national economic policy adjustment.Raising the retirement age will help to improve the imbalance of labor supply and demand,reduce the cost of human resources and ensure the healthy development of the labor market.The purpose of the research on the delayed retirement policy is to make reasonable policy recommendations for delaying retirement through systematic analysis of various factors affecting the delayed retirement.This paper first expounds the background of the topic,the theoretical significance and practical significance of the study.Since then,the collection and analysis of foreign policy to delay retirement after the implementation of the policy effect,and organize the researches of delay retirement policy,on the basis of the formation of the research methods and theoretical innovation.In the main part of the paper,first of all,the related concepts and important theoretical basis are summarized.This paper expounds some problems existing in China's population structure,population aging and retirement policy.Then,the development of labor market in China and the existing problems were sorted and analyzed,discusses the impact of delay retirement policy on China's labor market development,and the effect of delay retirement policy for quantitative analysis.On the basis of the above research,combined with the relationship between the retirement policy and the two parties in the labor market,this paper puts forward the reform suggestions of the gradual delayed retirement policy,and gives relevant executive suggestions and supporting policies.
