An Analysis On The Agglomeration Of Tertiary Industries In Fujian Province

With the development of industrialization and informatization and urbanization,great changes have taken place in the structure of economic growth in our country.As the significant increasing on the proportion of the tertiary industry and the obvious declining on the proportion of the primary industry and the second industry,the tertiary industry has became the main force of the economic growth.The economic effects of agglomeration have become increasingly evident.With the upgrading of economic structure,the government in Fujian province is guiding the agglomeration for tertiary industry and building the industrial system that can meet the development need of Maritime Silk Road and Free Trade Zones.On that context,it has the theoretical and practical significance for the research on the agglomeration of tertiary industries in Fujian province.Many scholars have achieved remarkable results on measuring the development level of industrial agglomeration and enhancing industrial competitiveness.This paper is devoted to the study of the third industry in Fujian Province,and analyzes its spatial agglomeration level and its causes.Firstly the article defines relates concepts and comb the relevant theories of industrial agglomeration.Secondly,this paper explores the characteristic of the third industry in Fujian by using the statistical method and Mapinfo software.Thirdly,this paper chooses Location Quotient and spatial Gini coefficient to calculate the degree of tertiary industry.The result shows that the geographic concentration degree of various sub-sectors of tertiary industry is not high.Fourthly,the paper explores the reasons of agglomeration from two aspects and chooses the Panel Data Model to illustrate the influence of each factor.Finally,the article proposes the countermeasure in aspect of economic condition and the level of urbanization and the characteristics of industry and the mechanism of talent training and the function of the government which can promote the development of the tertiary industry agglomeration in Fujian province.
