Industrial cluster is the product of the development of market economy to a certain stage,and it is an organization system with the advantage of relative development.In the process of development of industrial clusters,when the cluster development to a certain stage of time,along with the continuous change of the whole economic system of industrial cluster internal and external factors,the industrial cluster in the original living conditions will gradually deteriorate,locking technologies and system makes the industrial development mode of lack of stamina,the bottleneck in the cluster the small and medium-sized enterprises will appear because of the development of innovation deficiency in excessive homogenization of competition,will also cause the whole industry group gradually.At this time the transformation and upgrading of industrial clusters,as well as the transformation and upgrading of enterprises within the cluster has become an inevitable.As a traditional industry of our country,the stone carving industry in the south of Fujian has a high demand on technological process,product design and technological innovation,and it is also facing a bottleneck in the process of the development of industrial clusters.Therefore,in this study,trying to through the literaturematerial to clear the specific reasons for the crisis of industrial clusters and small and medium-sized enterprises want to obtain sustainable development under the conditions of industrial cluster and crisis,through investigation on the development of small and medium-sized enterprises and cluster status in the development of stone industry cluster to analyze the existing in Minnan area in the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the cluster problems and problems,and based on the industry cluster theory as a foundation,analysis of the development of small and medium-sized enterprises in the cluster potential and further development path,in order to put forward countermeasures of industrial cluster upgrading under the crisis in South Fujian stone industrial clusters of small and medium sized enterprises.On the one hand to provide theoretical support for the transformation of South Fujian stone industry cluster upgrading of small and medium enterprises,on the other hand also provides the reference for the small and medium-sized enterprise cluster development process in China's industrial clusters to obtain sustainable development power.
